If we move forward, we’ll start meeting regularly to explore your goals, build emotional insight, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded and connected.

Heal, Grow, and Maintain.

As you begin to feel more secure in yourself and your relationships, we’ll discuss transition planning and shift to maintenance sessions as needed.

Individual Session

$135 | 55 minutes

Couples Sessions

Insurance

For California clients, I am in-network with several insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Shield of California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Horizon BCBS of New Jersey, Magellan, and Quest Behavioral Health.

For Virginia clients, I am in-network with a few insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health.

For those out of Network: Many insurance plans include out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of your session costs. I’m happy to provide a Superbill through Thrizer to simplify the reimbursement process. In our consultation call, I can check on your out-of-network benefits in real time.
