You’ll learn practical, research-backed tools that support emotional regulation, build lasting connection, and reduce daily power struggles. Whether you're parenting a toddler or a teen, this coaching will guide you toward calmer interactions, stronger relationships, and a deeper understanding of your child’s emotional world.

Struggling to respond calmly to your child’s big emotions?

  • Feeling unsure how to comfort or discipline without power struggles

  • Disconnection or tension growing in your parent-child relationship

  • Worry that you’re not doing “enough” to support your child emotionally

  • Guilt after yelling or reacting out of frustration

Meet Your Coach

Hi there, I’m Krystal.

I’m so glad you’re here.

I know parenting can feel overwhelming—especially when your child is having big emotions and you’re unsure how to respond. I’m here to support you in finding a new way: one that builds emotional trust, helps you stay calm in hard moments, and brings more connection into your home.

My mission is to help you feel more confident and less alone in parenting—so you can develop a secure, compassionate relationship with your child while also honoring your own emotional needs.

After years of working with children and families in Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Therapy settings, I saw just how often parents were left out of the emotional healing process. Children were being taught coping skills, but parents weren’t given the tools to support them through emotional meltdowns, anxiety, or shutdowns at home. It became clear that families needed more than behavior strategies—they needed a new language of emotional connection.

Through my training as an adolescent and family therapist in the outpatient field, I developed this parent coaching program to help fill that gap. I bring both clinical insight and heartfelt compassion to every session, meeting you where you are without judgment.
